Resonate 2020 Conference
The NLMSIC is pleased to be offering a wide variety of topics for Resonate 2020, which will be held online using a combination of live and pre-recorded sessions. The sessions include presenters from across the country covering a wide variety of music education areas. You must be a registered member of the NLMSIC and in good standing in order to register. There will be no conference registration fee this year.

The conference is being held on October 30th, 2020, using Google Meet. Please see below for the tentative conference schedule. We will share specific information about topics, sessions, and presenters ASAP!

Resonate 2016: Travel Grant

This year the MSIC is pleased to be able to offer a limited number of travel subsidies to members living outside the metro area who are attending the conference. Applicants must be MSIC members and registered for the full conference. Priority will be given to members more than 150km outside the metro region however everyone will be considered. The deadline for applications is September 21st and those receiving funding will be notified by September 30th.

MSIC Professional Development Travel Fund

The MSIC Professional Development Travel fund is to assist members who are travelling to conferences and/or professional development opportunities over 250km from their residence. This grant can be combined with other travel grants such as those from the NLTA.

To be eligible for funding applicants must be an active member of the NLTA MSIC. All projects must focus on the professional development of educators.
